Procurement
We will assist in every stage of the procurement process – formulating the solicitation documents, contacting prospective bidders, scheduling project site-visits, managing requests for information (RFI), ensuring timeliness, generating a bid analysis.
Project Management & Contract Administration
Logistics, coordination (w/residents, the Board, contractors and property manger) and quality control are essential to a successful project. Our team will oversee the project from start to finish to ensure the Association’s investments are protected.
Updating Procedures & Manuals
Are your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), manuals, and other important information current? One of the risks to operations is disruption in service in the event your Resident Manager is out or there’s management turnover. We will work with your Resident Manager, Board and Property Manager to centralize documents and information for easier access.
